The Brasserie at Bayside Resort & Tavern on the Bay, will be the newest concepts from the owners of 10 McGillis Public House in Lake George Village. Bayside Resort, formerly Dunham’s Bay Resort, is transforming into a premiere destination on the east side of Lake George and we are so excited to be a part of this groundbreaking upgrade. The menus at The Brasserie & Tavern on the Bay are currently in the process of coming to life and we will share as soon as they’re ready.
